COMING AROUND THE CORNER!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! It's been a hectic week for me! So much stuff to do and so little time!! Well me and Shawn are in the process of trying to plan our bedroom makeover and he wanted to update our current bed that we have. We have a king sized Malm bed from Ikea. It's like a platform bed on steroids. Anyway, it has a really short headboard, and to go with the look we are trying to create, we wanted to heighten it. At first Shawn mentioned us just covering our current headboard with batting and fabric, but I'm like let's go big or go home! So this is the inspiration:

Lovely right!? This is actually the exact bed we have right here(well the style that is).
